The service is great. for example. I was in a bind and needed to get my tires changed. He changed them while I was there and never charged me a dime. How many dealers will do that? "

"i live all the way up near rochester, NY and when i was trying to sell my bike rob haehn called me. if it wasn't for the bikes problems rob was ready to drive all the way up here from ohio to purchase the bike from me. even though the sale was not made, rob continued to email me with good luck wishes, advice on the mechanical issues, and answers to questions i had. i was amazed that he had no problem doing this for someone he had not even met in person--imagine the service they have if you actually go the shop. these guys obviously know what they are doing, and for trade-ins and used bikes i have no problem driving all the way down there if i know i will be treated that well. thanks guys."

"I am back into riding and racing after 25 plus years. I bought a KTM 125 SX bike last week. I called this dealer, spoke to Chip and told him I needed him to show me the bike. I arrived today, he showed me how to change my oil, air filter, brake fluid levels, anti-freeze, fixed my brake pedal, fixed my kick start lever, advised me of a few things to fix. He didnt charge me any labor, just parts!I live in the Akron area, and I do not care that my drive to their shop is 45 minutes, I dont mind driving for this kind of service and knowledge. Thank you Chip, you have a new friend and long term customer."

"I was moving and had to sell my motorcycle. I put it in the paper but got no real responses. Point View Cycle called about it and within 2 days after that they were literally in my driveway picking it up. We signed all of the paperwork right there on the spot and they hoisted it away the very same day. It was over an hour drive but they still made the trip to help accomodate me. Great service for their customers. I will definately come back to them when I buy another motorcycle. Thanks guys!!! Jose "
